Job summary

Wonderstate Coffee is seeking a Bar Lead to join our cafe management team and elevate the guest experience with joy and wonder. You will train Baristas, uphold equipment maintenance, manage front-of-house operations, and collaborate with the Café Manager on daily goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, advanced drink skills, and a hands-on approach to coaching a motivated team in a fast-paced environment. Weekend hours and event participation are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous Barista experience required.
• Previous people management experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and train Baristas at the Wonderstate Café
• Provide every customer with a positive experience centered in joy and wonder
• Uphold and execute all coffee equipment preventative maintenance
• Oversee the COGS for drinks and work with the Café Manager on improvements
• Develop stellar specialty drinks that convey Wonderstate’s dedication to Excellence. Always.
