Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Some work experience in related field preferred.
• Ability to read English to fully comprehend job requests and notices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and organization of kitchen, storage, loading dock and garbage areas.
• Inspect dishwashing machines and maintain proper chemical levels and temperatures.
• Clean and dry floors to prevent slips.
• Wash dishes and restock glasses, silverware and china.
• Perform general cleaning to comply with Health Department standards.
• Polish silverware for proper appearance.
• Remove trash from F&B areas to designated dumpsters.
• Store food stock and dry goods in proper locations.
