Job summary

The Boca Raton is hiring a Full Time Dishwasher in Boca Raton, FL to support cooks, buspersons and servers by cleaning and restocking utensils and wares. You will ensure proper sanitation and maintain clean work areas in a fast-paced dining environment.

Responsibilities include operating dishwashing equipment, monitoring chemicals and temperatures, and assisting with general cleaning to meet health department standards. Previous related experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Some related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware.
• Restock dishes and utensils after cleaning.
• Clean physical surroundings to maintain hygiene.
• Monitor sanitation and organization of areas and garbage.
• Check dishwashing machines, fill with chemicals, ensure proper temperatures.
• Clean and dry floors to prevent slips.
• Wash dishes, restock glasses, silverware, and china.
• Polish silverware for proper appearance.
• Remove trash from F&B areas and dispose at dumpster.
• Put away food stock and dry goods in proper locations.
