The Boca Raton is seeking a dependable Steward/Dishwasher to ensure guest dining areas are supplied with clean utensils and service ware. You will transport, clean, and restock dishes, while maintaining sanitation across kitchen and F&B areas.

Key tasks include operating dishwashers, monitoring chemical levels, cleaning floors, and handling waste according to Health Department standards. Previous related experience and ability to work in temperature extremes are desirable.

Formación

• Ability to read English to fully comprehend job requests, caution notices and similar written material.
• Ability to perform duties in extreme temperature ranges.
• Willingness to learn and perform all essential functions accurately and safely with minimal direct supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Transport and clean cooking utensils and service ware for cooks, buspersons and servers.
• Restock all dishes and utensils as they are cleaned.
• Clean and maintain sanitation of work areas, kitchen, storage, loading dock and garbage areas.
• Operate dish washing machines and ensure correct chemical levels and temperatures.
• Washes dishes and other utensils; restocks clean glasses, silverware and china.
• Remove trash from all containers in F&B areas and dispose properly.
• Puts away food stock and dry goods in their proper locations.
