Qualifications

• Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients and equipment.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and works well under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all syrups, cocktail batches, and fresh garnishes according to recipes before each service.
• Maintain efficiency, time management, and consistency in back-of-house operations.
• Communicate effectively with other Back of House staff and the Executive Chef.
