Job summary

Levy, a Compass Group company, is seeking a friendly bartender/bar server to join our Miami team. You will receive liquor, beer and wine from storeroom daily and replenish the bar throughout the shift, ensuring timely service in a fast-paced environment.

You will retrieve items from kitchen and storerooms, set up the bar with top-shelf liquor, stock snacks and supplies, and assist in opening/closing side work, bus tables, maintain cleanliness, remove rubbish, and help prepare beverages for the

• Sets up bottles on bar with 'top shelf' liquor on back shelf.
• Places appropriate bar snacks on counter; keeps supplies stocked throughout shift.
• Assists in opening and closing side work as assigned.
• Buses tables in bar area.
• Maintains cleanliness of bar and lounge areas; washes surfaces and floors.
• Ensures rubbish is removed from receptacles.
• Prepares and serves beverages as needed to assist bartender.
