Job summary

Thunder Valley Casino is seeking a Bars Kitchen Worker to clean bars, stations, floors, mats, and glassware, and to set up dish machines for the next shift.

You will operate in a casino environment; must be 21+, able to lift 50 lbs, push 250 lbs, and obtain Tribal Gaming License; strong sanitation knowledge; communicate with guests and team.

This on-site role requires physical stamina and adherence to safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain UAIC Tribal Gaming License.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, Team Members, and management in both written and verbal form.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs., and push up to 250 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean stations and bars, including breaking down and setting up dish machines.
• Clean floors, floor mats, walls, glassware, and remove dirty linen.
• Remove trash and transport to compactor.
• Assist sanitation department as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in bar areas.
