• ServeSafe certification or willingness to obtain upon hiring.
• Willingness to work afternoons and weekends.
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and club standards.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and presentation are maintained.
• Manage prep, inventory, and cleanliness during shift.
• Work independently and as part of a small team.

• Assist with closing duties, restocking, and kitchen upkeep.
