Job summary

Remington Hospitality is seeking a bar staff member who will efficiently maintain bar supplies, know liquor types, recipes, and garnishes, and handle cash with MICROS compliance. You will anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and resolve any issues to ensure satisfaction.

Formal liquor liability training is required within 30 days of employment and every two years thereafter, reflecting our commitment to safety and excellent service. This role is based onsite in a hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Familiar with liquor types, recipes, prices, glassware, and garnishes.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and beverages available.
• Accurate cash handling procedures and tipping policies; familiarity with MICROS or registers.
• Provide prompt guest service and maintain positive guest relations.
• Formal liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and every 2 years thereafter.

Responsibilities

• Maintain bar supplies and prepare daily requisitions as needed.
• Be familiar with all liquor, recipes, prices, glassware, and garnishes for service.
• Ensure accurate charges to guests and proper cash handling; operate MICROS or similar system.
• Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly, and maintain positive guest relations.
• Resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction in every interaction.
• Complete liquor liability training within 30 days of employment and biennially thereafter.
