Job summary

Oak View Group in Green Bay is seeking Bar Crew to provide beverage service for events, handling alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with professionalism in a fast-paced environment.

The role is part-time, pays $8.50 per hour and is tip eligible. Candidates should have at least 6 months of bartending experience, strong cash handling skills, and excellent guest service and communication abilities, including flexibility for nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ability to meet the company standard for excellence in guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Follow the bar pre-shift notes and bar menus and provide service as described.
• Serve alcoholic beverages following all proper procedures for serving alcoholic drinks, including state/federal regulations pertaining to the distribution of alcohol.
• Be knowledgeable of various beer, wine varieties & spirits available and be able to suggestively upsell products to guests.
• Pour drinks responsibly in accordance with company standards for serving size.
• Check the guest’s ID in accordance with state/federal regulations to verify the minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.
• Communicate a cut-off to a guest as required.
• Listen and respond to any customer requests or concerns.
• De-escalate intoxicated guest situations. If a guest becomes confrontational, belligerent, or uses extreme profanity, the bartender may contact management or security as required.
• Contact a management member if the bartender is unable to resolve or make a decision beyond the scope of standard decision‑making.
• Request additional products or restock products as required.
• Handle cash accurately. Responsible for issuing a bank at their bar.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation at all times. Ensure bar equipment is clean and well‑maintained.
• Other duties as assigned, such as set‑up and breakdown of bar equipment as required and assisting with organization of the cooler.

The employee must maintain excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.

This role will pay an hourly rate of $8.50 and is tip eligible.

This position will remain open until October 9, 2026.
