The Alamo Bar Crew are masters of mixology, delighting guests with craft cocktails, freshly poured draft beer (local and craft heavy), shakes, sodas, and other beverages ordered in the theater while prioritizing safety. They are excellent multi-taskers, capable of working in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

As individual contributors who understand teamwork, our Bar Crew teammates perform their roles diligently to provide guests with an exceptional beverage experience.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain high safety standards and follow protocols to ensure health and safety of teams and guests.
• Prepare guest drink tickets based on operational processes, focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Utilize tools such as jiggers, measurers, spoons, shakers, and other necessary tools for all preparations.
• Communicate needs, concerns, and important points with teammates and managers regularly.
• Clean, organize, and maintain bar areas as needed.
• Support food and beverage delivery as required by business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in high-volume food production preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency.
• Active food handler certification with the applicable state agency.
• Being a cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and transport kegs weighing up to 130 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to operate in dimly lit and noisy environments with caution.
