We are looking for motivated and energetic crew members to assemble, construct, and tear down greeting card fixtures in retail locations.

Pay

• The starting pay is $16.20 per hour with two increases during the first year of employment (subject to change based on location).
• After 6 months, pay increases to $17.10.
• After 1 year, pay increases to $18.00.
• Paid travel time to the job site when traveling in a company vehicle.
• Hotel and per diem are paid for overnight travel.
• Full training provided with all necessary tools.

Location

Based out of San Antonio, TX.

Hours

Average 20 hours per week, potentially increasing to 30 hours around holidays.

Primary Responsibilities

• Construct greeting card shelves, racks, and displays.
• Effectively connect with team members and store associates.
• Follow instructions and planograms/diagrams.
• Assist the Installation Supervisor in gathering and moving materials for display resets.

Experience Required

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move items up to 60 pounds.
• Proficiency with small hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Exposure to crowded environments, loud noises, and low lighting.
• Must be 18 years or older.
