Compensation Range: $19.00 - $21.00

The Alamo Bar Crew are masters of mixology, delighting guests with craft cocktails, freshly poured draft beer (local and craft heavy), shakes, sodas, and other beverages while prioritizing safety. They are excellent multi-taskers, capable of working in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uphold standards of behavior as defined by the company's core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain the highest safety standards and follow protocols to keep teams and guests healthy, being knowledgeable about all Alamo policies and procedures.
• Prepare guest drink tickets based on approved processes, focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Use tools such as jiggers, measures, spoons, shakers, and other required tools for all preparations.
• Communicate needs, concerns, and important points regularly with teammates and managers.
• Clean, prep, organize, and maintain bar areas as needed.
• Support the delivery of food and beverage orders as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in high-volume food production preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active alcohol certification with the applicable state agency.
• Active food handler certification with the applicable state agency.
• Being a cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and transport kegs weighing up to 130 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Operate in dimly lit and sometimes loud environments with caution.
