How You Can Make a Difference

• Contribute positively to your community and environment through your role.
• Maintain high safety and health standards to ensure a safe environment for travelers, especially as airport travel resumes post-COVID-19.
• Greet guests warmly, acknowledge them, and take their food and drink orders within 30 seconds of entry.
• Accurately process payments using the point-of-sale system, including handling cash, credit, and debit transactions, while following company procedures.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu and products, and make recommendations, especially regarding food allergies.
