Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalence required.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year experience as a barback or bartender in a hotel or restaurant.
• Must be at least 21 years of age and able to work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages per service standards.
• Take guest orders and upsell according to preferences.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and stock; transport supplies as needed.
• Record orders in POS and handle payments following procedures.
• Open wine/champagne bottles and serve per standards.
• Assist with coordinating bar and dining room service as a team.
