Job summary

Peregrine Hospitality in Kansas is seeking a Bartender to mix cocktails and serve beverages with a focus on guest satisfaction across hotel outlets, bar, and restaurant. You will maintain the bar area, assist servers, and ensure accurate order processing and payments through the POS system.

The role requires at least a High School diploma, Food Handler certification, and 1 year of bar experience in a hotel or restaurant.

Qualifications

• Experience as barback or bartender in hotel or restaurant.
• Must hold Food Handler certification.
• Strong communication and guest service skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks with garnishes.
• Maintain bar stock and requisition supplies.
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to guests.
• Record orders in POS and handle payments per policies.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and cleanliness of the bar area.
• Collaborate with team across departments to ensure quality service.
• Follow 4 Keys service standards and safety procedures.
• Complete opening and closing duties as assigned.
