Job summary

Bally's Corporation is seeking a bar team member to uphold exceptional guest service and maintain bar operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires knowledge of alcohol policies, inventory management, and safety protocols. Candidates must manage equipment and POS systems while ensuring compliance with gaming laws and promotions. Excellent customer service and English fluency are essential.

• Excellent customer service skills required.

• Ability to operate in mentally and physically stressful situations.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of superior guest service by all team members.
• Ensure alcohol is served according to the company alcohol policy.
• Maintain par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Keep a clean and organized bar.
• Maintain liquor tree system, keg system and stock all bars with bottled product.
• Ensure safety and security of team members and guests.
• Daily maintenance of all bar equipment and POS systems.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Know promotions and events and comply with Alcohol Beverage Control regulations and gaming laws.
• Handle intoxicated guests professionally.
• All other duties as assigned.
