Job summary

Bally's Corporation is looking for an experienced bartender to provide friendly service and accurate beverage preparation on the casino floor and in bars and lounges.

You're expected to take orders, mix drinks, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle payments with receipts promptly. Weekend and evening availability is required, with a strong emphasis on responsible service and compliance with ABC rules.

Qualifications

• Prior bartender experience required, preferably in front bars.
• Must obtain ABC card prior to starting employment.
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays and nights.
• Must pass a background check and obtain a Delaware Lottery license.

Responsibilities

• Takes orders, mixes, and serves beverages according to recipes for casino floor, restaurant servers, bars, and lounges.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of the restaurant menu.
• Answers guests’ questions regarding the menu and suggests specials.
• Requests identification from patrons when age is questioned (appearing under 30).
• Identifies when guests need to be cut off and does not over-serve.
• Mixes and serves drinks and processes payments with receipts.
• Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies; keeps bar stocked.
• Keeps work area clean and safe and maintains stock displays.
