Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bar Back to join our team in a fast-paced hospitality setting. The role supports bartenders by stocking, cleaning, and maintaining bar areas while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Minimum high school education and at least one year in a bar back role are required; alcohol awareness certification is preferred. We offer part-time hours, competitive pay at $20.00 per hour, and a supportive environment focused on growth and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items needed in drinks.
• Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Review work procedures and operational problems to improve service, performance and/or safety.
• Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
