• High School education required.
• Minimum 1 year in a bar back role.
• Alcohol awareness certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks.
• Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Review work procedures to improve service, performance and safety.
• Stock, replenish, clean, and prepare bar areas.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
