Qualifications

• High School education required.
• At least 1 year in bar back role.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks.
• Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Review work procedures and operational problems to determine ways to improve service, performance and/or safety.
• Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
