Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Assist bartenders in securing requisitioned liquor, beer and wine.
• Keep bar area clean and ensure clean glasses are stocked.
• Be the master of the bar with knowledge of operation details.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Maintain stock and prepare garnishes and perishables daily.
