The Belgrove, a distinguished new 4‑Diamond resort in the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio in West Palm Beach, offers 150 rooms, multiple restaurants, a world‑class spa, and a golf course. This Bar Back role supports bartenders and servers to deliver memorable hospitality to our guests.

As a member of our team, you will maintain bar setup, stock requisitions, keep the area clean, stock glasses, and collaborate with restaurant and kitchen staff.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to regularly lift and carry 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Assist bartenders in securing requisitioned liquor, beer and wine.
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including stocked clean glasses.
• Be the master of the bar, understanding its operation details.
• Work collaboratively with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist with stocking, cutting, and storing fresh garnishes, juices, and perishables.
