Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper bar setup daily.
• Assist bartenders by securing requisitioned liquor, beer, and wine.
• Keep the bar area clean and stocked with clean glasses.
• Be the master of the bar and understand operation details.
• Collaborate with restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Maintain stock and prepare garnishes and perishables daily.
