Cigars International is seeking a Part-Time Bar Back in Tampa, FL. The role supports bartenders by stocking, clearing tables, rotating kegs, and assisting with glassware and cleanliness.

You will work in the largest Cigar Bar in the nation and join a team that values guest satisfaction and a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have at least one year of bar/restaurant experience, can lift up to 50 pounds, and are available nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least one year experience in the Bar/Restaurant industry.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Positive, resilient personality with a can-do attitude.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fully stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers for bartenders.
• Support cocktail servers by clearing tables.
• Assist in trash and recycling disposal as required.
• Communicate issues to the Manager on Duty.
• Aid in managing unruly patrons when necessary.
• Rotate kegs as needed.
• Contribute to bussing, cleaning, and stocking of glassware.
• Keep the floor clean and free from debris.
• Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the facility.
