Job summary

Cigars International, the largest Cigar Bar nationwide, is looking for a Bar Back to support the bar staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-energy setting, ensuring that all supplies are well maintained and supporting the team during service. Responsibilities include managing supplies, assisting with cleaning, and maintaining service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in the Bar/Restaurant industry.
• Comfortable lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Positive and resilient personality with a 'never quit' attitude.
• Ability to walk, stand, and handle heavy items in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work during peak hours, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stocked ice bins, liquor wells, and beer coolers.
• Support cocktail servers by clearing tables.
• Assist in trash and recycling disposal.
• Communicate potential issues to Manager on Duty.
• Manage unruly patrons when necessary.
• Rotate kegs as needed.
• Contribute to bussing, cleaning, and stocking glassware.
• Keep sales and service floor clean.
• Uphold cleanliness standards.
