Job summary

Ponte Vedra Inn & Club seeks an Inn Bar Back to support beverage operations and assist bartenders in a fast-paced resort setting along the Atlantic coast. You will help maintain stock, cleanliness, and readiness across bar areas to ensure exceptional service for members and guests.

Ideal candidates have experience with high-volume cocktails, strong guest service skills, and are flexible to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays while upholding the resort’s standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• High-volume bartending experience preferred.
• Must live in the local area or within commuting distance.
• Willingness to work various day, night, weekend and holiday shifts.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support bartenders during high-volume service periods.
• Maintain stock levels of liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware and bar supplies.
• Replenish ice and ensure necessary supplies for efficient service.
• Receive, transport, and stock beverage products across the facility.
• Set up bar stations before service and assist with closing duties.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar areas and equipment.
