Job summary

Sixty Vines Nashville is seeking a Back/Service Bartender to prepare and deliver drinks per recipes, assist staff, and ensure smooth dining room operations. You will read tickets, maintain bar cleanliness, and support the team during service.

The role requires reading tickets, standing long hours, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Benefits include flexible schedules, PTO after one year, and insurance after 90 days; starting wage is $15/hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and understand tickets as they come through.
• Stand for long periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to properly use a knife and other bar equipment.
• Maintain Food Handler's Certification and proper sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Arrive on time for scheduled shifts, ready to work.
• Assemble/dismantle work station promptly.
• Prepare drinks, garnishes, mixers, syrups according to recipes.
• Bus tables and assist with beverage service.
• Maintain beverage inventory and restock service bar.
