Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Bar Back/Utility to join our team at our Oxford, MS property. You will support bar operations, assist bartenders, prep drinks, and keep the service areas clean and compliant with health standards.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of bar back experience; alcohol awareness certification is preferred. We offer a rewarding, flexible workplace with daily pay options and comprehensive benefits to eligible associates.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks
• Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas
• Maintain health and sanitation standards
• Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and/or safety
• Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar
• Perform various other duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of High School education
• Minimum of one (1) year in bar back role
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred

• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
