Lev Restaurant Group in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Part Time Bar Apprentice to greet guests, mix and serve drinks, and maintain a clean, orderly bar. The role supports bartenders by providing breaks and producing drinks for cocktail servers.

Ideal candidates have knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, strong customer service skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining a professional bar presentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as a bar back or busser preferred.
• Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
• Fine dining experience.
• Able to provide any work cards required for position.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, mix and serve drinks, and maintain the cleanliness of the bar.
• Assist bartenders by providing breaks and producing drinks for cocktail servers.
• Prepare batches, juices, garnishes, infusions and syrups.
• Restock the bar and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Refill liquor bottles, juices and ice during service.
• Maintain overall appearance and cleanliness of bar.
• Assist with back-of-house liquor restocking.
• Follow opening and closing procedures and safety regulations.
