Job summary

Loverboy in San Antonio, TX is seeking a part-time Bar Back to support bartenders and maintain a clean, efficient bar area. You will restock, prepare margarita ingredients, and ensure smooth service for Guests.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• TABC certification required before employment.
• Food Handlers certification required before employment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• POS cash register and credit/debit card processing experience.
• Punctual and reliable attendance.
• Well-groomed and professionally dressed per uniform standards.
• Attention to detail and passion for serving guests.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Stock the bar with condiments, napkins, and supplies.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and ice supplies.
• Restock beer and help change kegs.
• Bus glassware and reset bar area between guests.
• Maintain cleanliness around the bar and stools.
• Wash glassware and restock as needed.
• Operate the bar bus tubs and replace them as needed.
• Prepare margarita mix for the margarita machine.
• Cut fruit and garnishes for drinks.
• Maintain proper stock of juice, liquor, beer, and wine.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules and practices.
