Job summary

Responsibilities

• Stock bar area with liquor, beer, wine, non-alcoholic drinks, ice and supplies, replenishing as needed.
• Clean beverage equipment, glasses, and service areas; assist in clearing tables.
• Assist Bartender in garnishes and mixes preparation.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily inter-department communication.
• May set up and replenish appetizer or happy hour buffet if applicable.
