Job Summary

Summary: Receives all liquor, beer, and wine from storeroom daily and as needed. Replenishes all liquor, beer, and wine in the bar throughout the shift.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Retrieve food items from kitchen and deliver to bar.
2. Retrieve beverage items and garnishes from storerooms and deliver to bar.
3. Set up bottles on the bar, including 'top shelf' liquor on the back shelf.
4. Ensure beer taps are working properly.
5. Place bar snacks on the counter; keep supplies stocked.
6. Assist in opening and closing side work.
7. Bustle tables and help ensure cleanliness of bar and lounge areas.
8. Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, floors under equipment, sweep, and mop service areas.
9. Remove rubbish from receptacles.
10. Prepare and serve beverages to assist bartenders.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
