Role Importance

This role is vital in providing approachable, luxury hospitality and ensuring our team has the resources to create memorable guest experiences at Durango.

Responsibilities

• Assist the bartender to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort, maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar.
• Maintain bar supplies, including condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice, and related products. Prepare in-house beverage components, batch recipes, and fresh garnishes.
• Keep equipment clean and operational, including glass washers, ice machines, margarita machines, pouring guns, and drip trays. Clean all coolers, bar surfaces, display areas, and bottles, ensuring a presentable environment for guests.
