Job Description

Maintain established bar stock levels by transporting beverages from walk-in coolers to the bar, preparing requisitions, and maintaining supplies such as ice, glassware, and garnishes. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restock kegs, rotate bottled beer, and handle waste disposal. Fulfill guest, server, and bartender beverage orders. Prepare drinks according to standard recipes and operate cash registers accurately.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Prior experience in a similar role preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications.
