This role is vital in maintaining our reputation as an approachable, luxury destination that offers exceptional hospitality and amenities. Your role will be key in supporting our team to deliver memorable experiences for our guests at Durango.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting the bartender to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort, while keeping the bar clean, organized, and stocked.
• Maintaining the bar supplies including condiments, beer, wine, liquor, ice, and garnishes. Preparing in-house beverage components, batch recipes, and fresh garnishes as needed.
• Cleaning and maintaining bar equipment such as glass washers, ice machines, margarita machines, pouring guns, drip trays, and coolers. Keeping display areas and surfaces clean and presentable.
