Job summary

F1 Arcade USA in Las Vegas is seeking a Barback to support our vibrant bar team and ensure smooth service in a high-energy environment.

You'll assist with setting up and breaking down the bar, restocking supplies, keeping the area clean, and monitoring inventory under the Bar Manager's guidance. Experience in fast-paced hospitality is a plus, and a customer-focused attitude is essential for delivering top-notch guest experiences.

We’re looking for a Barback to join our team at our {LOCATION} location.

Key Responsibilities of the Barback:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
• Restock products, glassware, garnishes, and tools as needed throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the Bar Manager when supplies are low.

• Specific qualifications relevant to the role

If you have experience in the below too that would be advantageous:

• Working in a fast-paced guest facing environment, preferably within a bar or hospitality setting.
• Working as part of a wider team, but carrying out tasks individually.
