Job summary

F1 Arcade USA is seeking a Barback for our Chicago venue. You will assist in setting up and breaking down the bar, restock supplies, and maintain a clean, welcoming bar area for guests.

The role is ideal for individuals with hospitality experience who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working as part of a team and individually. Passion for gaming and delivering great guest experiences helps you shine.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced hospitality is preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Strong guest service mindset and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
• Restock products, glassware, garnishes, and tools as needed throughout service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including surfaces, storage areas, and equipment.
• Monitor inventory levels and alert the Bar Manager when supplies are low.
• Follow all hygiene & safety procedures ensuring safe handling of alcohol and bar equipment.
• Help maintain a clean, welcoming bar environment for our guests.

We’re looking for a Barback to join our team at our Chicago location.

Key Responsibilities of the Barback:

• Assist in setting up and breaking down the bar before and after service.
