Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Denver Downtown is seeking a bartender to deliver guest-focused beverage service in a fast-paced hotel setting. You will mix cocktails, serve drinks and food as needed, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentiveness and conversation.

Role requires current Food Handler's and Alcohol Server's permits, ability to stand for long shifts, and willingness to work evenings and weekends. Competitive benefits and daily pay options are available.

Qualifications

• Prior food and beverage experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and type; basic technology proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve guests in the bar, restaurant and room service attentively and efficiently.
• Mix cocktails and other drinks; serve wine, beer and non-alcoholic beverages; assist with food service when needed.
• Offer flexibility and creativity to meet guest requests.
• Complete guest orders and collect payments accurately.
• Clean and wash barware; restock and prep bar items.
• Assist with inventory, ordering and receiving of all food and beverage items.
• Support hotel goals through teamwork across departments.
