The position requires high school diploma or GED, hospitality experience, and supervisory background. Strong communication, organization, and Excel skills are essential, with weekend/evening availability

Responsible for – Daily operations and supervision of employees that prepare and serve food and drinks to customers such as Restaurants, Bars, Concessions, Beer Carts and Banquet halls/Concerts. Food and Beverage supervisors oversee all of the issues pertaining to a patron's dining experience, such as quality control, staff management, inventory, health and safety regulations and customer service.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* training new staff* managing employees* overseeing inventory, including food and beverages, supplies and restaurant equipment* resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and service* making sure the food & beverage areas complies with health and food safety regulations**Supervisory Responsibilities** Familiar with OSHA, Health Dept., working knowledge of ABC laws, and Serv-Safe, L.E.A.D and/or T.I.P.S., Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) & POS System proficiency is very helpful.**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
