**DEPARTMENT:****Banquets****REPORTS TO:****Banquet Manager****FLSA STATUS:** **Non-Exempt****Summary**Legends Global at the Del Mar Fairgrounds & Racetrack is looking for Restaurant and Banquet Servers. This is a seasonal/temporary position for the 2026 San Diego County Fair, Del Mar Thoroughbred Club Summer Live Meet. Servers must have 2 years of service experience and have their Food Handlers certification and RBS #. Must be able to attend orientation and training shifts as directed by management. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.* Responsible for providing timely food and beverage service* Work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment* General knowledge of food and alcohol is required* Proficiency with touch screen POS systems (Toast experience a plus)* Perform other restaurant duties as assigned**Supervisory Responsibilities** N/A**Qualifications**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
