Job summary

Hyatt Regency Portland Convention Center in Portland, Oregon, seeks a friendly Banquet Server for on-site, on-call work. You will handle food and beverage service at hotel banquets, ensure space is presentable with linen and table settings, and assist with menu presentation.

Shifts vary by business needs and you must stay flexible. Typical duties include room refreshes, maintaining sanitation, and providing excellent guest service.

Summary

Banquet servers are responsible for food and drink service at hotel banquet functions. They make sure function space visually appealing and present the menu offering for the event. This may include linen and table setting, food station design, and beverage service. Other duties include general banquet preparation, room refreshes and maintaining a sanitary environment. Flexible availability is required as shifts will vary based on business needs.

The hourly rate for this position is $19/hr.
