The On-Call Banquet Server plays a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences during special events and functions. This position requires flexibility and readiness to work on short notice, ensuring seamless service at banquets, weddings, corporate events, and other gatherings. The primary goal is to provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests, contributing to the overall success and positive reputation of the hosting venue. The role demands collaboration with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and fellow servers to maintain high standards of food presentation and guest satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications:
