Hard Rock Cafe Orlando is seeking a part-time Banquets Server to provide exceptional, hospitable service at private events. You will collaborate with the kitchen, hosts, and Banquet Captain to set up, execute, and breakdown event spaces while maintaining brand standards and guest satisfaction.

The role requires a polished appearance, safety awareness, and the ability to work a fast-paced environment, with diverse shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a banquet server and/or bartender
• Versed in banquet table service
• Available to work a wide variety of shifts and schedules

Responsibilities

• Read and follow the BEO
• Set up of private events based upon the instructions of the Banquet Manager/Captain
• Follow all banquet standards in maintaining our high level of guest service
• Breakdown of all areas and proper storage of all banquet equipment
• Work as a team with all other servers and staff
• Be at your very best at all times and create an experience for our guests that is memorable and beyond their expectations
