Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City is seeking a banquet server to assist with event setups and deliver attentive service in line with our standards.

You will greet guests, maintain clean stations, and support fellow team members while ensuring safe and compliant beverage service where applicable. Uniforms and personal cleanliness are required for all staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in banquet service preferred.
• Ability to serve guests promptly and professionally.
• Must wear appropriate uniform and maintain personal cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Sets up banquet meal functions as prescribed by the Banquet Function sheet.
• Provides prompt and professional service during banquet meal functions.
• Performs tableside or buffet food preparation and service as required.
• Maintains a clean and orderly workstation at all times.
• Informs supervisor of any problems or guest complaints.
• Assists other banquet associates when needed.
• Cleans off all glasses, silver, china, etc. from all tables during and after functions.
• Greet guests and monitor to ensure needs are met.
• Comply with alcohol service laws when applicable.
