• Respond promptly to guest requests and special needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff, event coordinators, and servers for seamless service.
• Know menu items, ingredients, and prep methods to answer guest questions.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation standards in food handling.
• Manage table inventory and report issues to management.
• Assist with breakdown and cleanup after events.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

• Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions
