Job summary

COURTYARD - HILTON HEAD ISLAND is seeking a friendly and professional server to deliver prompt service and maintain a guest-ready dining area. You will handle guest charges, assist with side work, and support beverage and food service while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain dining area and supplies in a guest-ready atmosphere.
• Process guest charges and gratuities following standards and procedures.
• Maintain safety and security practices and know emergency procedures.
• Ensure guests receive the highest quality product and service.
• Complete daily side work including stocking and shift responsibilities.
• May assist with ordering, cost control and quality maintenance; alert management to issues.
• Maintain certification from brand-approved vendor training program.
• Other duties as assigned.
