Job summary

The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking an experienced Banquet and Outlets Supervisor for Grand Bay Hotel San Francisco in Redwood City. You will lead F&B and Banquet staff, ensuring flawless service for every function and repeat business.

You will hire, train and manage staff, coordinate with kitchen and service teams, and uphold safety and hospitality standards while delivering outstanding guest experiences. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic events environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication and guest relation skills.
• Ability to supervise and train banquet/outlet staff.
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate event equipment.

Responsibilities

• Interview, hire, train staff and conduct performance evaluations.
• Supervise all banquet and outlet staff.
• Coordinate with kitchen, service, and engineering to ensure timely events.
• Process billing and payroll for each event.
• Monitor attendance and reassign staff to ensure quality service.
• Maintain proper setup, breakdown and storage of equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations.
