Andaz Miami Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a dynamic and passionate Banquet Manager to lead the execution of exceptional banquet and event experiences within a luxury resort setting, inspiring a high-performing team and ensuring flawless delivery of weddings, social events, corporate functions, and VIP gatherings.

As part of the Food & Beverage leadership, you will oversee banquet operations, scheduling, payroll, inventory controls, and cost management while building strong guest and client

Competenze

• Minimum 3 years Banquet Manager Experience.
• 5 years of Food and Beverage experience.
• Experience in the luxury hospitality industry.
• Extensive wine knowledge.
• Knowledge of food and cooking methods.
• Strong organization and Supervisory skills.
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse operation.

About the Role

As Banquet Manager, you will lead the execution of exceptional banquet and event experiences while inspiring a high-performing team committed to luxury service excellence. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for overseeing banquet operations, colleague engagement, financial performance, and the flawless delivery of weddings, social events, corporate functions, and special events throughout the resort.
