Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, supervise and counsel banquet staff.
• Ensure professional conduct and appearance at all times.
• Coordinate function set-ups with Sales, service and culinary teams.
• Maintain equipment and inventory; ensure quality food presentation.
• Prepare schedules and staff for events; manage payroll costs.
• Assist in meeting sales and revenue goals for the hotel.
